Can I place an order by phone?
If you would prefer to place an order by phone you can call our customer service representative within Australia on (02) 9881 2423 or internationally on +612 9881 2423 who can take your order details.

 

Does Le-Stylist sell discounted items or factory seconds?
Le-Stylist is authorized by the designers featured to sell their items on the online boutique.  Le-Stylist buyers choose designs directly from designers and the designs are always the latest range from the designers collection.  The pricing of a garment is the recommended retail price and reflects the retail prices of a traditional boutique. Le-Stylist does not sell discounted items or factory seconds.

 

Does Le-Stylist have seasonal sales?
Like a traditional retail store, Le-Stylist has regular seasonal sales.  Sale items can be found on the Sales page which is linked from the main menu down the left side of the page.  Due to the exclusive nature of the stock we cannot re-order items from designers, so once they sell they will no longer be available for purchase.

 

How do I know a garment will fit?
Different designers have different ways of sizing a garment.  We have included in our size charts all the variations of sizing, however if you are still unsure, feel free to email us at info@le-stylist.com and one of our customer service representatives will be able to help you size your garment.  Our returns policy allows you to return a garment if it is the wrong size.  You can read the returns policy from the Returns link in the toolbar below.

 

How do I know if an item is in stock?
The item will have a QTY of 1 or more if an item is in stock.  If you are interested in an item which is out of stock, contact our customer service representative on info@le-stylist.com who can advise you if we are getting more stock for the item.

 

Can I pre-order items before they arrive in the boutique?
Le-Stylist accepts pre-orders for items with a 100% deposit.  Le-Stylist will then send out your purchase when it arrives in store.  Contact our customer service representative on info@Le-Stylist.com or contact us by phone for more information or to pre-order stock.

Can I lay-by an item in the boutique?
Like a traditional store, Le-Stylist accepts lay-bys for items on the boutique. A lay-by is where you purchase the item with a deposit and then continue to make payments for the item within a time period.  The terms and conditions of lay-by are as follows:

  • To lay-by an item contact Le-Stylist on info@Le-Stylist.com or by phone (02) 9881 2423
    Lay-By’s are available for Australian customers only
  • A 50% deposit must be made for lay-by items
    Le-Stylist will ship the stock only when the total amount for the item has been paid (normal shipping conditions apply)
  • The remaining amount must be paid within 30 days (either in installments or a single  payment)
  • Le-Stylist will attempt to contact the customer once the 30 day period has expired, if the remaining amount is not received within an additional 5 day grace period then the item is placed for sale in the boutique and a credit note is issued for the payments already made.

 

Can I buy a gift voucher for my friend on the Le-Stylist Boutique?
Yes you can!  Gift vouchers can be purchased by clicking on the “Buy a Gift Voucher” link at the top right corner of the online boutique.  You will be asked for your friends’ name, email address and the amount for the voucher, then redirected to the payment site. 

Once Le-Stylist has received payment for the voucher the voucher will be activated and your friend will receive an email notification. 

 

How do I make a purchase with a Gift Voucher?
Add 1 or more items to your shopping basket and when you checkout you are asked for a payment method.  Choose Gift Voucher as your payment method and enter your gift voucher number in the space provided.

 

What if the item I would like to purchase is less than the balance on my Gift Voucher?
The amount is simply deducted from the total balance of the gift voucher and you can still use the gift voucher to purchase an item at another time.  You can email our Le-Stylist customer service representative on info@Le-Stylist.com for information regarding your gift voucher.

 

What if the item I would like to purchase is more than the balance on my Gift Voucher?
If the total amount in your shopping basket is more than the remaining balance on your gift voucher then you are prompted for another payment type for the remaining balance owing.
